Shipping Information
In order to keep our prices low, we charge as close to actual shipping cost as possible. If there is ever a significant difference between what you pay for shipping and what it actually costs us to mail your order, we will refund the difference. Processing Times
In stock items will ship with 2-3 business days. All patterns and kits are made to order, which helps keep my prices low. They will ship within 2 weeks of your order, if you need something sooner please let me know and I will do what I can to accommodate you.
Gripper frames are also made to order and take approximately 4 weeks to build and prepare for shipping.

We do not accept returns as a general rule unless the item is defective. We will assist as much as possible in the event that there is damage in shipping, in making a claim.
